Pembina Highway is Winnipeg’s classic gas strip. From Jubilee down through Fort Garry and Fort Richmond to the Perimeter, Pembina carries mile after mile of stations — majors, co-op sites and discounters — serving University of Manitoba traffic and the fast-growing suburbs of Waverley West. Nowhere else in the city can a driver compare as many posted prices without leaving one road, and the strip’s low end is regularly within a cent or two of the cheapest gas in Winnipeg.
The district’s western edge adds the Kenaston (Route 90) retail corridor, whose big-box cluster pulls its own competitive knot of stations near Linden Woods and Whyte Ridge. Between Pembina and Kenaston, south-Winnipeg drivers have the strongest bargaining position in the city — which makes checking the live ranking below before you fill worth a cent or three per litre most days. Prices refresh hourly from community reports; confirm at the pump before fuelling.
